Our event planning and management services start with taking the time to understand what you really want. We will connect you with the right vendors, and together we will plan an event to remember. We understand the hardships that COVID-19 has brought on in planning special events and the added stress. However, with our extensive training and our continual education on safety and the best practices, let us help you to bring back the fun and excitement to your event!

Full Wedding Planning (12 - 15 Months) $5,500

Our most comprehensive package plans and designs your wedding from start to finish, taking the stress from you and your family and ensuring your day runs smoothly. The package provides everything you could possibly need including:

Logistic and event management in the lead-up to your event, including scheduling meetings, unlimited calls and emails, vendor and venue meetings, and sticking within your budget requirements.
Creating timelines and schedules for suppliers, the venue and your guests.
Organisation of your guests to and from the venue and planning other events for guests during their visit.
Assistance with theme/ design ideas and execution, including sending invitations and tracking responses, creating seating charts, table layouts and designs, flowers, place cards, unique favors, creating welcome bags and more.
Onsite management including support during the rehearsal, a final venue walk through, and being available during the full day of the wedding, from set up to break down.

Partial Wedding Planning (6 - 9 Months) $2,500

Our Partial Wedding Planning Service is for the couple who has already booked their venue, and begun coordinating, but needs more help. With this service, we will help tie the remaining elements of your event together, including:

Review of budgetary requirements.
Full event design and coordination.
Organize suppliers and vendors.
Timeline preparation.
Onsite management including support during the rehearsal, a final venue walk through, and being available during the full day of the wedding, from set up to break down.

Day of Support - Wedding Planning (2 Months) $1,200

For the couple who has already planned their event but just need a helping hand on the day itself, this package will ensure your day runs smoothly, from start to finish, including:

Meeting prior to the event to discuss logistic elements, suppliers and vendors.
Review of budgetary requirements.
Management of vendors, suppliers and logistic elements.
Full event design and coordination.
Timeline preparation.
Onsite management including support during the rehearsal, a final venue walk through, and being available during the full day of the wedding, from set up to break down.

Peace of mind Event Consultation

For those who are looking for a bit of help, but not necessarily a full package, we offer event consultations on venue contracts, scheduling, permitting, and more.

Our hourly rate is $55.00 plus travel costs.

Make it yours

We at Heartfelt Events know no couple is the same and are more than happy to develop a bespoke package that fits your needs.

We are able to provide a range of services, from help with hotels and guest information, bar service on the day, or support for just the planning of your special day. We can talk through all this to make sure your are happy with a decision that works best for you.

Heartfelt Events Micro Venue

Heartfelt has a lovely micro venue of their own that fits up to 30 guests. The venue is full of flowers, seating areas and would be perfect for a rehearsal dinner, Sunday brunch after the wedding, a "get to know the family" dinner, romantic dinner for two, a bridal or baby shower and more.

We work closely with local businesses like Main Street Catering to make sure we maximise all your needs. The venue is all inclusive, including tables, chares, linen, cutlery and crockery, as well as free parking to make your event the best.

$300 for four (4) hours and $50 for every hour after (includes bar and food service).
