For those who are looking for a bit of help, but not necessarily a full package, we offer event consultations on venue contracts, scheduling, permitting, and more.
Our hourly rate is $55.00 plus travel costs.
We at Heartfelt Events know no couple is the same and are more than happy to develop a bespoke package that fits your needs.
We are able to provide a range of services, from help with hotels and guest information, bar service on the day, or support for just the planning of your special day. We can talk through all this to make sure your are happy with a decision that works best for you.
Heartfelt has a lovely micro venue of their own that fits up to 30 guests. The venue is full of flowers, seating areas and would be perfect for a rehearsal dinner, Sunday brunch after the wedding, a "get to know the family" dinner, romantic dinner for two, a bridal or baby shower and more.
We work closely with local businesses like Main Street Catering to make sure we maximise all your needs. The venue is all inclusive, including tables, chares, linen, cutlery and crockery, as well as free parking to make your event the best.
$300 for four (4) hours and $50 for every hour after (includes bar and food service).
